Domino's Pizza - Teaticket

I wish there was a NO star option. Ordered dinner from there tonight, pasta, breadsticks, and a sandwich. Went to open the pasta and there was a huge nasty long piece of black hair cooked right into the pasta you can see clear as day from the top of thepasta. Immediately went back to store to show them and get my money back. The workers kept repeating over and over it?s fine youcan get your money back, it?s fine, it?s fine. As if it was not a big deal, no it?s not ?fine? it?s absolutely disgusting!! Isaw the girl making the food, had long black hair not in a hair net or anything no wonder why her hair is falling in people?sfood ???? Will absolutely NEVER get food from here again! Absolutely diabolical service! Was told a 20 minute wait which ended up being over 40 minutes. Shocking staff attitude no apology just ?there?s no staff in?. There were 7 staff members present at that time (mostly staring aimless into space) theyreally need to pull their finger out and get some sort of system in place!

This Domino's may be part of a chain, but it's truly exceptional. It's probably the best food and customer service I've experienced at any Domino's location. The pizza is consistently good, always served fresh by a team that deserves to be recognized for their hard work. They are really doing a fantastic job here!

This is my second time in two weeks finding HAIR baked into my pizza. The pan pizzas either have too much sauce or almost none at all, with inconsistent cheese coverage and an undercooked, soggy crust! Two weeks ago, my daughter discovered a hair in her slice. I thought it was a random incident and not a big deal, but tonight when I picked up my pizza, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing hair nets or gloves. One of them even looked like they might fall asleep standing up, which was pretty odd. I brought the pizzas home, took a bite, and pulled a short piece of orange/blonde hair out of my mouth, and that was the last straw for me. Two hairs in two weeks, both the same color and length—there’s definitely a hygiene issue here. Why are no staff members wearing gloves? The person cutting the pizzas had no gloves, mask, or hair net, just a visor. I've seen other reviews mentioning hair as well. This is a serious problem.

Thank you for the quick service and the delicious, hot pie! I always have a fantastic experience at this location. I only have positive things to say. I'm a repeat customer!
