A & W Food Svc - Tecumseh

I waited a long time to place my order at the restaurant. When I tried to order, I requested 2 Beyond Meat combos and an extra serving of fries. The employee at the counter initially tried to give me just one combo, or after explaining, tried to charge me for 2 extra orders of fries. Eventually, frustrated with the confusion, I gave up and left.

I ordered two Mama Burgers wrapped in lettuce, but only received one and it wasn't even wrapped in lettuce. Additionally, I had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. I will not be returning to A&W.

I will never go back to this restaurant after the terrible experience I had. The whole staff was fired for no reason in the middle of a pandemic. The new manager was very unprofessional and the employees were rude. The service was absolutely terrible, my fries were cold and my burger was made wrong. The food also tasted awful. It's absolutely horrible what they did to their employees.

Ordered a teen Burger and rings. There was so much salt on the rings I tossed them into the garbage. The burger had a bad taste about it too. It was tossed too. I am not one to take food back, I don't care about the money. They should just hire people that take pride in their work I WAS a fairly regular customer but they won't be able to serve **** like that to me again... never again.

We occasionally go in to eat at A&W especially if coupons are available. Food is what you'd expect. I like that they have meat alternatives. However, I'd liked to see a cleaner interior where guests eat, a warmer environment (it's so cold in there) and offer a Swiss mushroom Burger more often.
