Mcdonald's - Tecumseh

On September 4 6:30pm we stopped at McDonald’s drive-through to order food for the family on the way home from Toronto. Me and my wife and three children ordered what we liked Paid it off and told us go wait will bring you the food when it’s ready and brought the food in one bag I asked is everything in here he said yes everything is it here drove home open up to find out half of our order is missing. I called a female answer the phone, I told her what happened she said is this what you called for I said yes she said there’s nothing I can do I said, what do you mean she again repeated herself is this what you called for I said yes and she just hung up the phone on me she was very very rude person. I will never order there again.

I will now fully avoid this location. Staff looked confused, and patrons were completely dissatisfied with the long wait for the food!! Will go elsewhere if I'm in that neighborhood!
