Amazing customer service!!! Placed my order online and it ready by the time I got there.

I have never had a better cookie. I mean it. The first cookie we got was the Pumpkin flavor, and it was already the best cookie that I had ever eaten before. I'm not even a big cookie fan, but this place has the most amazing cookies ever. Better than home made. We had to come back for more, so we did, then we got a cookie that I think was called Pink Velvet and it was even better than the first one we got! The icing was perfect (also, I usually don't like icing) and the cookie was perfectly soft. On the way home from our trip, we were still thinking about this place and wanted to come back!

I preordered and prepaid for my cookies and arrived at the specified time. When I arrived, I was told they were out of all but 2 of the 6 flavors and it would be 15 minutes before they were ready. After waiting 25 minutes, I still have not received any cookies even though multiple people who ordered after me have gotten theirs. My order was in the system hours before I arrived, so if the flavors I ordered were running low, they should have put the cookies in the oven to be ready rather than waiting until I was standing there to do so. In total, it took 55 minutes from the pick up time until I received my cookies when I was told 15. Lesson learned, I will not be returning.

Hello! Me and my friend went to crumbl around 2 pm on September 25, 2023 and our cookies were completely unacceptable. Me and my friend both worked at crumbl at this same location and we would have never served a customer a cookie looking like this!
