Cokes very very expensive....2 glasses of coke 5£ .....very very expensive...nice staff..nice place to sit outside..but please look at the prices of coke.....12 cans in Morrison's for 4pounds 50 pence......just a bit of advice ..lower the price and you'll sell more...250%profit is nice but to pricey for me...had 2 cokes in the pub next door and it was 3pounds 75 pence...fair price.... I was looking for somewhere to take my daughter for a cream tea, whilst on holiday. Was hoping to find a sweet, traditional style cafe as I think a cream tea deserves such a setting. We stumbled across Tea by the Quay and it was everything I was hoping for. We were waited on by a friendly waitress. The tea was served in a lovely old fashioned tea pot. The scone was served warm with a good amount of jam and cream and was reasonably priced. It was simply perfect! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Whilst visiting Teignmouth last week, we popped into this cosy tea room. The owner and staff were very friendly, pleasant and attentive. The service was excellent and the food was of very good quality. We will be returning and would definitely recommend a visit. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I visited this place while I was in the area and enjoyed a delightful cream tea for two served in a china teapot. It had a traditional vibe without being outdated or overly fancy. The scones were warm, accompanied by a generous amount of cream and jam. The woman who served us was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this spot and will return when I'm back in the area.
