Exceptional experience! So many fresh fish, in different cooking methods. There're no many restaurants with that level of fish. Highly recommended to take the tasting meal.

The experience as a whole was fantastic. We enjoyed the food very much, was surprising and tasty! Dishes that were out of the box, and we’ll served. Timing of the serving of the dishes was impeccable! Expected more of the sushi though. Would focus on the other dishes.

The only reason this establishment got a 3 star rating, and not 4-5, is the ridiculously high price we paid. For admittedly high quality good food (not excellent), and great service, we paid for a 10 course of (very) small dishes tasting menu recommended by the chef, and our waitress, a ridiculous overpriced amount of 380 NIS per person (don't know what came over us, probably the birthday we celebrated), not including drinks or anything... With wine and tips (which were well deserved) we came up with a tab of almost 600 NIS per person. A fair/high price for such a meal should have been at least 30% lower, and then I would have definitely give it a 4-5 star rating, but this was by far not the best meal I had, for by far the highest cost, so...

Nicely designed restaurant. Great vibe and service. The food is very original and tastes great, though the portions are small. The cocktails offered in the menu are good as well. For first timers I recommend the tasting menu, but not necessarily the premium one, since the difference between the regular and the premium are two small meat portions.

We went to Selas for my partner’s 35th bday. Since Japan is not open to travel yet, I had to bring it to him instead : Excellent in so many levels, especially food-wise. Nice and intimate atmosphere. Try to sit on the bar, service was extraordinary! What are you waiting for?Book already!
