After a day searching for mushrooms, my boyfriend and I stopped at the Baessa restaurant, which has now been a fixed stop for him for over 20 years! We took two first courses with truly delicious venison ragout, their desserts were also excellent. Suggestive view and excellent service starting from the two girls in the dining room to the owner Franco, who was available to help us clean the mushrooms and explain how to prepare them.

Quiet place, friendly staff, sufficient food. It felt like eating the workers' fixed menu during the lunch break.

Durante il nostro viaggio verso la Val di Fiemme, abbiamo deciso di fare una pausa presso questo ristorante per il pranzo. L'ambiente è arredato in modo rustico, ma l'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto è stata eccezionale e il servizio è stato veloce nonostante il grande afflusso di clienti. Abbiamo ordinato i canederli e il piatto del giorno, lo stinco di maiale con polenta. Entrambi erano deliziosi e rappresentavano la cucina tradizionale che amiamo tanto. Il costo pagato è stato inferiore alle nostre aspettative. Consigliato.
