Little Caesars Pizza - Temecula

I had a pleasant experience. I had a quick simple order. The food deal, (Pepperoni Pizza, stuffed crazy bread,(amazing.lol), Twix Brownie biscuits, and a 2 liter) $10 and some changes. Was made fresh. You told me 15 to 20 minutes. I wasn't sure how long it was before I came back in the lobby. Not more than 15 minutes and it was just out of the oven. At home and everything was perfectly cooked to not overcooked and, not under, too. Everything for good experience.?

I've been ordering online with the app and pay it ahead since my son love their cheese bread. Today I was late about 30 minutes ish to pick it up. So no cheese bread because it out too long. Out? They have many heater space open. Beside i already paid my order. Where is my cheese bread? I should be the one that said it's bad. Unfortunately this will be the last time I buy from them. Maybe $5 it's nothing for their business. But I don't think it's right to do that to an order especially when already paid.

Ordered with the app and went into store at assigned time, 20 min past my due I asked the clerk and he scrambled to find my pizza. It was sitting behind the counter where they are prepared under a stack of others. Probably 30min there getting cold..not inside the hot pizza portal . I 'm writing this review because its not the first time, its happened many times and not just this location.

Went to pick up a online order. It said it was going to be ready at 6:30 I got there 6:35 food wasn?t ready. I was like okay not a problem. Waited till 7:00 I went in to ask about my order the girl was like I?m waiting on your wings. I told her I didn?t order wings and she went oh okay we have your food. The food was just sitting out. It was cold and stale. Next day I went because I do DoorDash on the side. Waited 40 minutes for my food. The people waiting have been there for 2 hours. I understand that there is a lack of workers but maybe management or this company should do something about the flow of online orders. I feel bad for the people who are working here they seem over worked and tired.

Came today for a lunch special, there was 3 people waiting for their order before me. I placed my order. They didn't have any ready. This location is slow. Now there's a mob of people waiting and I still haven't got my lunch combo
