Dunkin' - Tempe

I waited 35 minutes for a bagel and a coffee, and my order was incorrect for both. I'm really frustrated with this Dunkin' because it seems like every time I go there, it takes forever and my order is always wrong. I know that being busy is part of the job, but this has happened consistently.

The restaurant was quiet and clean, and the food was delicious. It has a great location with plenty of parking available. I particularly enjoyed the coffee and donuts!

I give this place one star, and the only reason is that the manager is the only competent person working there. Every time I order a dozen donuts, they arrive looking like they've been thrown into the box—they're all broken. My coworkers wouldn't even eat them because they look so unappetizing. Additionally, the staff seems clueless when it comes to handling online orders. I ordered five items but only received two at the counter. When I pointed this out to the girl working there, she just looked confused as if she had given me everything I ordered. I live in the area and was really hoping for a better experience. Honestly, for $15, a dozen donuts should be much better! Dunkin' Donuts definitely does it better!

Do not make a mobile order because they do not make it right. they must enter this device physically, speak slowly and clearly, and double check to ensure that their order is correctly left before. how hard is it to add saw and sugar they ask? Well, not hard. unless you are a hired man of dunkin donuts.

Apparently when you say this to a worker it really presses their buttons, they may even yell at you. So I though, might as well leave it as a permanent review. You should make stuff unavailable on the menu when you're out of it .
