I just came by my car by meal at home to learn instead of half the pound Arby's sandwich value meal I bought and paid. So you have been calling size for a third of the meal that I bought, it won't do, and they don't answer their phone and have no setup messages that make it impossible to contact them just before returning. Please put people who have a clue, this will be a problem with several fast food restaurants as it does not hire qualified people.
Buyer beware! I have eaten at this location around 6 times this year and have used multiple cards at this location. Some how they charged all my cards again without me even noticing until now. Total charges over $240 this month. The most I spend at Arby's is less then $20 for my wife and I. This location must be a franchise. The last time I was dining in a customer wanted his money back because they messed up his order. The response was sorry sir we don't issue refunds at this location. I would avoid this location. My wife and I always make sure our order is correct before leaving this location. If you do go ask for a refund and see your response.
Was over 20 minutes in the drive thru line, only one car was before me.. I don't understand what's so hard. You take the meat, put it in the bread and throw it in a # # box. S
I strongly suggest that something isn't quite right at the W Adams location mostly fraudulent charges they claim there was a problem with their billing I think they were or an employee got greedy and has just been caught and Arby's is trying cover their collective arse
