Casa Ole' - Temple

The decor is stunning—colorful and festive. The mural on the left side of the restaurant, where the booths are, is beautiful. The music is lively and upbeat without being irritating. The service was a bit slow, but given the current circumstances with Covid, it’s understandable. The salsa they serve as a starter is fantastic, and the queso is incredibly tasty. We also tried the green avocado sauce (not guacamole), and I could eat that every day! We ordered the Nachos Ole and chicken enchiladas, both of which were delicious. I think I’ve found my new favorite nachos (sorry, Lil Tex). We even got some queso and chips to take home. Overall, excellent service, food, and atmosphere!

The service was excellent. The food took a bit longer to arrive than usual, but the server was fantastic and got all my modifications correct. She was attentive with drink refills and the green sauce was amazing! She also cleared our plates promptly and checked back after two bites to see how everything was. We'll definitely be coming back!

Tonight, I had the desire to treat a person or couple in front of me, as a tribute to my recently departed beloved brother. I wanted to reach out and share kindness with a stranger. We ended up sitting at the same table, enjoying food, drinks, and conversation together. Our waitress was the sweetest person, truly a beautiful soul. At some point, someone generously paid for our meal, while I took care of the drinks. It felt as if God brought us together as friends. Ole ole ole ole... Thank you, oh my Lord!

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. We were quite a large group, and they took excellent care of us. My only slight complaint would be regarding the chips; half of the baskets were mostly crumbs, so we had to request more. Our server was incredibly courteous and attentive, frequently checking in on us. She even shared a few laughs and was dedicated to finding answers to any questions we had. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit!

The food was outstanding, as always. I tried the Crawfish Shrimp Spinach dip for the first time, and it was fantastic! We ate so quickly that we unfortunately didn't have a chance to take any pictures.
