Great Brisket and chicken. Mimi serves a very flavorful gumbo also. I like the variety of options/dishes. The kimchi and cucumber salad nicely offsets the spicy BBQ sauce.

First time here and definitely not my last, hands down the best BBQ I've ever had at a restaurant..and Ms. Kim was the best, so down to earth and definitely puts a lot of love into her food..I will be making the drive from Waco for this..Korean potato salad very different, nonetheless delicious!! Oh and forgot to mention the samples..OMG I'm hooked already!

I visited this restaurant for the first time a few days ago, and I absolutely loved it! The service was fantastic, and the food was incredible. The brisket was the best I've ever had in the Temple/Belton area! The potato salad and the red beans and rice were exceptionally tasty! Although it's a small venue, everything was clean and well-organized. I can't wait to return!

Don’t doubt the hype—this place deserves a perfect 10/10 for its food. The restaurant might not have the most impressive appearance, but when you serve top-quality BBQ that’s clean (and it absolutely is), the decor doesn’t matter. The brisket is tender and flavorful, the red beans and rice are fantastic, and the baked beans are authentically done. I have no complaints and will definitely be returning.

The food was everything I hoped for—fantastic! I’ve been searching for a cozy, homey restaurant with excellent BBQ, and they have truly raised the bar here in Central Texas. The flavors are authentic Southern BBQ at its best. The customer service is wonderful, and the chefs are outstanding! I will definitely be coming back.
