Wendy's - Temple

We thought we could stop here quickly and get food for the kids after the parade. So, so wrong. Waited 23 minutes. We wanted to ask for our order. Ms. said it looks like there were burgers in the bag? Guess that's not your order. Where is our order? Looks like I know. Does it look like I don't care? After talking to 3 other employees, we finally got a refund. All behind us are gone!

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in this entire country. The food is always horrible without fail. The people are rude and just don't seem like they even know what in the world they're selling or that they even care. I stopped going to this Wendy's about a year ago because the food was so consistently horrible and the service so bad. I stopped in there on a whim thinking it might have gotten better but I was wrong. The girl at the counter didn't even know they served grilled chicken sandwiches or what was on it. I had to tell her what it was and what came on it. And then I didn't get it the way I ordered it. The paper thin chicken was burnt the single small slice of tomato look like it was a week old it didn't have any lettuce on it. The baked potato was Brown on the outside and on the inside. Look like it was made a week ago. I will never ever go back to this Wendy's again. They need to just shut it down and put something else there.

Wish I could give no star. completely a waste of time to go thru drive through. Did not get the order right. gave me somebody else order. went back through and they still did not understand what was going on. Ripped me off on money. Still got the order wrong again. Low IQ people work there.

Went through the drive thru on a trip back home. Very easy access. The ordering process was good. The employee at the window was very friendly. I received my order quickly and was back on my way. The food was hot, fresh and really good. I would stop here again

Dirty mess!!! Fuel filters so full it was one filling my fuel tank at one gallon per minute. What a sh**hole.
