Bidra med feedbackMany parking spaces and next to CVS. Lunch smells good! The whole restaurant smells like grilled chicken flames. My mouthwater. It came out perfectly. Not dry and not disappointed. Definitely would come back when grilled chicken eaten.
For some reason, aside from the location being less than ideal, this particular TC restaurant offers the worst customer service I've experienced. It's been a few years since our last visit, as I had hoped things would improve. I would much prefer the shop at Duarte Rd/Santa Anita Ave, but unfortunately, my family has moved on from that choice. Additionally, the chickens served here look quite undernourished.
I live in Arcadia, but I went to this place for the first time today because the Pollo Loco in Arcadia is as dry as ever... I ordered fresh juicy chicken and oh my God it was so delicious! I've gone to Pollo Locos for almost 20 years and for the first time that I could taste all the flavors, it was so juicy, so delicious! Thank you. Ladies for your hard work and excellent service. I have two main issues with my recent visit to the drive-thru. First, I ordered two churros, but they forgot to include them in my bag. Second, I requested extra salsa, but the employee told me she couldn't provide it. Don't they have a self-service salsa bar inside? Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to this location.
"I've never written a restaurant review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the poor service and terrible food quality. I waited 45 minutes to reach the cashier, and there were only two customers ahead of me. On average, it took over 20 minutes just to place one order. I've visited many El Pollo Loco locations in different cities and loved them all, but this one felt more like a street vendor selling tacos. The portions they served were small and in broken pieces, and the salad was comprised of large pieces that were practically impossible to eat. Despite the long lines, they only had one register open, and the staff were busy chatting instead of serving customers. I can't believe a place like this is still in business. They are tarnishing the reputation of a well-known brand, and I hope upper management conducts a surprise investigation. My name is Jenny Jackson."
