This is a Beijing royal cooking pot that they cook the pot Arta like dry pot, but you will see the whole process from the table. The sauce is over is a hundred years old recipe that use to cook for the royal family of the Chinese emperor. They had different diff meat and also the best part is the dancing noodle.
Braise Pot. Vegetables on the bottom of the pot, with various types of meat and seafood. Measure ten minutes and mix with their special Säuse. Good for 2-3 people sharing a pot. Taste good through vegetables and meat quite fresh. First beer is on the house, domestic or imported. The toilet is clean.
The flavors are fantastic. It’s fascinating to watch the food being prepared right at the table. The sauce can be a little rich, so pairing it with rice or noodles helps balance it out.
It's a combination of steaming and boiling, which in Chinese would be described as a steamy pot. I wouldn't recommend the shrimp, as they put it in a bit too early, and it tends to become overcooked—likely for food safety reasons. However, the fish, cuttlefish, and frog are absolutely amazing. The service is friendly and attentive, making it a great place to take your non-Chinese friends as a Chinese person.
