Country Style Chicken And Waffles

Extremely poor customer service. The woman at the register was uninterested in acknowledging our order and after waiting 15 minutes AFTER the order was ?said? to be done, I was told that my food was not ready?watched it sit in front of me until the lady at the register felt like grabbing my order. First impression, and DEFINITELY my last impression. I will NEVER spend my money here again. This is a prime example of WHY businesses fail today!!!! Poor customer service!! We are ALL human!

I highly recommend this restaurant ? Out Of all the fried chiken restaurants I've been to before this is the one, it meets all my expectations about of the flavor of a good waffles ? and fried chicken ? , the restaurant is not allowing people to dining so you have to order for pick up or carry out , also the costumer service was great ? but they missed one plate in my order and I had to drive back to the restaurant for about 18 minutes ? but they did great though, thanks .

Wow! I used to have chickens and waffles, but they set the standard. Google Maps sent me back for some reason (apart from St. Barnabas Rd) but the food was worth the wrong direction. Waiting was not long and the staff on the first day we ordered was good; not so much the consecutive days we ordered in the app (avoided to get our food in time, once and let it sit with a cashier take others while others were on the third visit to backjacking). Will go again when I am the area if the lack of CS does not expose them first from the store. The evaluation of 4 starts is for food only as I?d Rate Service a 2.

Finally had an opportunity to stop in to see what was cooking! My first time and definitely NOT my last time!! I ordered the 5 piece chicken waffle. Service was great accommodating (as I?ve observed how the crew meet the needs changes of customer?s ahead of me). The smell of the food made you anxious for your order, which didn?t take long at all.. approx. 15 minutes in out. ? My entire order was delicious.. good thing I am off work today because I?m full and sleepy now.. Crack?n Up! Great service Country Style.. hopefully other?s will enjoy the food experience as I have.

FAST, FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My sister and I were visiting from North Carolina and she wanted some chicken and waffles. We found this place on google. I am a country girl who is ALWAYS apprehensive about eating Fried Chicken in Northern states but this place was really good and seasoned so well. I had a waffle slider. I didn't take a picture of my sister's food but BOTH of us agree that we would definitely go back again.
