We arrived at 9:02 PM, but they stopped taking orders for some unknown reason. What's the point of stating that they are open until 10:00 PM if you can't place an order? I am extremely dissatisfied with this service and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello! I placed an order for baked sushi last night while we were on our way to the beach. When we arrived and opened the package, it looked like a complete mess and was impossible to eat. I went back to the restaurant today, and they told me that without photo proof, there was nothing they could do. Is this really how it works? Do I have to take a photo every time? I mentioned that I had thrown it away, but no one wanted to investigate further. The manager was completely unhelpful. I'm asking you to take action! I won’t let this situation go easily. It's unfortunate that I don't have a photo, but it's a disgrace for the chefs and the management as well! Avoid this place; their food is the cheapest quality. Service: Takeout Food: 1

Unfortunately, the sushi theme was not explored. We ended up eating mostly rice and cucumbers, while the fish was nowhere to be found. However, the mayonnaise on the baked sushi was delicious. The service was good and prompt. Although one staff member was serving cream cheese with bare hands... The place itself was clean and pleasant. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't able to keep up—it was quite hot. But that’s okay; winter is coming soon.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant due to their awful service and staff. I placed an order, and after a while, a girl called me back in a rude tone to inform me that they would not be preparing my order because they didn't have a cook. When I asked what the next steps would be, she brusquely replied, "I don’t know," and hung up on me. I had already paid for the order, so now I’m left with neither my food nor my money.
