Sea View - Tendring

I didn't like cooking to get a meal. it was the first time that I had tried it since taking over the new owners. it looked very disorganized, and my meal was only average. I wish I would dive into the co-op and. forging a microwave grinding time. that would be more nutritious, faster and tastier! never again, that is a shame. the other Chinese in brightlingsea are just as bad!

We tried, but the times or the door were not accurate. Please stick to your timetable few things are worse than planning an evening to have it blocked like this

Although our Chinese takeaway has been from Seaview a couple of times before, we've been trying different dishes to find something we really like and would get again. On our last visit we arrived to collect our order and heard the chef in the kitchen...not only coughing but bringing up his secretions. Not what I want to hear before being given my food. A lot of the dishes with sauces are generally over sweetened and sickly. However the Singapore nice noodles were enjoyable.

Popped in here as the Thai up the road was unexpectedly closed. Usual sort of menu, cooked fresh, food was ok but nothing exceptional. The decor is very dated and tired but very clean.

We originally came across this Chinese by chance, but have had a number of takeaways from there now. The food is good and their is a good choice. The staff are very good.
