J Gumbo's - Terre Haute

The service is impressive enough to keep you coming back for more. The staff is fantastic! The only minor issue I encountered was that the rice in the jambalaya wasn’t cooked all the way through, but I still managed to eat 80% of it because it was so good. The food is consistently delicious, and you can even mix and match two different dishes! What a great feature! I absolutely love this place!

It's one of my favorite restaurant chains. We used to have one in Lafayette, but it closed years ago. Whenever we’re in town, we make sure to get takeout at the very least!

I highly recommend J Gumbos! The restaurant's theme is fantastic, and the food is even better. My coworkers and I order from here at least once or twice a month for large takeout orders, and they never disappoint. Our orders are always ready and accurate. I give this restaurant a perfect 10/10!

This is the place to be if you're looking for genuine customer service, delicious food and a chill environment. The owner, Adam, and the bartender, Molly, are both well versed on maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 recommend. Try the white chili bowl

Just saw in doordash we finally have a Cajun restaurant in town, so I had to try it. I ordered the Crawfish Étouffée and Voodoo chicken. The crawfish were tiny, and there wasn't much of them at all in the dish. It was more rice and gravy than anything. But it was still pretty good. The Voodoo chicken however was a hit. Will be trying some of the other dishes on the menu.
