The overall food experience here was a positive one and I have no reason not to recommend. The subs were filled well with fresh veggies and the bread was fresh as well as cut properly. They could, however, be more generous with the mayo.
We were ordering a total of 6 footlongs for our family. We were ordering them 2 at a time and they kept on trying to take the people's order behind us. My husband's sub was in the microwave and they literally forgot about it and kept helping the people who were behind him while his was just sitting in the microwave getting cold. Then they overcharged us. Very poor customer service and the food was just okay. We had to keep asking for more toppings.
Normally the smell of baking bread is wonderful and mouth watering, but the stuff they bake at Subway smells disgusting. I truly wish we had a real delicatessen in this city to get a decent sandwich. I really miss Rosenberg's Deli.
Chris the worker was absolutley awesome. He was the only worker there. He had about 7 online orders and 3 people in the store including myself. I had already been waiting 30min. But when he called his manager to ask for help she said the only helper is at a cookout and he would have to handle it. When I finally got my sandwiches i had waited 1 hour and 15min. I didnt get any discount for waiting. Chris continued to apologize but it was not his fault. He worked his butt off even when he reached out for help and was denied that help. Chris needs a raise and a new manager. A manager that will go in if they cant find someone else to go. There should really be 2 workers at all times just incase they get backed up like today. I'm very disappointed but not with chris.
