Joe's Cafe Donuts King Cakes

Nice people working there. While the menu is affordable and the donuts are good, the hot food is “Good enough”, but don’t expect to impress anybody you bring with you. Paper cups and plastic utensils make for a mediocre breakfast spot. But hey, it’s good enough to fill the belly and start your day at work.Food: 4/5

Had the glazed beignet was not Antione Bakery dry light glazed thick hard to digest. I appreciate the effort just not what I expected driving from Chalmette to terrytown ??‍i never have the time to upload Antiones they be gone in 3 seconds ???Food: 2/5

I've been a fan of this place for years..If i just had to comment on the donuts i would but the food is amazing as well. The service we received was also great.. We'll definitely be back.Food: 5/5

Megan was the best!! We were having one of those days and didn't know what we wanted. We were driving through and needed something good. She elevated our experience with her recommendations! The burgers were to die for! Really hit the spot. Sometimes we just need that person who can read into what we like just by making aconnection. Thank you Megan

There is always something with this place. But 2 days ago I stopped to get my kids an order of Beignets, 2 donuts and 2 chocolate milks on the way home $17.25). I get home and the milk is 3 days expired. When you factor tax and tip that’s over $8 for 2 expired chocolate milk. I wonder how many poor kids at a DONUT shop had to drink your expired milk… It really annoyed me. I’m pretty sure you gave me a reason to finally be done.
