White Horse Inn And - Test Valley

My experience at this pub was disappointing due to the terrible customer service I received. When I asked the lady by the bar about ordering food, she was extremely rude and told me there was a 20-minute wait, even though there were empty tables available. When I requested to move to one of those tables, she coldly refused. It's disheartening to be treated so poorly as a paying customer. Respect for customers is essential, and it's unfortunate that this pub failed in that area. If they can't provide good customer service, it makes you wonder why they're even in the hospitality industry. Rating: Rooms 1, Service 1, Location 1.

We recently had a lovely Sunday lunch here, was ideal for our family get together as it was a nice atmosphere and everyone was super friendly. The food was delicious and so much of it, great value for money! Claire was fantastic...friendly, helpful and nothing was too much of an ask a great asset to your team! We shall be back again soon!
