Chick-fil-a - Teterboro

I give this restaurant 4 stars because the quality can be inconsistent. I ordered the same sandwich twice; one time it was dry with the cheese and bun hanging off the sides, while the other time it was hot, juicy, and perfectly put together. If you’re feeling adventurous, this place might be worth a try!

I recently visited a chickpea restaurant for the first time, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant was spotless, the staff was courteous, and the atmosphere was lively. Everything operated like a well-oiled machine. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The chicken was delicious and fresh.

I placed my order through the app, but the wait time was surprisingly long for the usual excellent standards of Chick-fil-A. Even after I arrived, I waited almost 45 minutes, which totaled nearly an hour for my food to be prepared. While the food itself was good and my order was correct, the extended wait time is what will likely deter me from returning. I wasn't alone in my frustration; there were many others in the pick-up area who also seemed to be waiting far too long for their meals.

Apart from the high-speed range, and rush hours. Good service, nice location, food always well cooked, a big franchise to eat overall. Not all Chick-Fil-A spots make so amazing, but I would say the workers here have a good 80% on the consistency rating. During the pandemic year, these people continued to work smoothly and efficiently, rain or shiny and remained graceful.

Always quick, always accurate, don?t mind driving 15 minutes to this location to eat. The only thing I would say is that for the amount of times I frequent this location the rewards don?t reflect that. Other locations give out way more rewards for doing almost nothing, and with the app and signature status that?s a big factor on choosing which location to go to.
