Bidra med feedbackWhile the mountain itself is fantastic, the dining options available on-site are quite limited. The two casual spots, Casper (which is this one) and Rendezvous at the top of the gondola, are small, crowded, and difficult to navigate. Finding a table can be nearly impossible, and if you arrive late, you’ll likely discover that they’ve run out of food—yesterday, for example, there were no pretzels with cheese, nachos, or chili. Today, I did manage to snag a pretzel (after awkwardly waiting for someone to leave a table), but the cheese was overwhelmingly salty, composed of about 90% salt and just 10% of what resembled cheese. The prices are steep, especially considering the subpar quality of the food. To top it off, the payment system prompts you for a tip at a self-service restaurant, and the only escape from that is to awkwardly select "other" and manually enter $0.00. Overall, these eateries seem to prioritize profits over customer experience, lacking any genuine care for patrons.
Finding a good restaurant on a ski mountain can be a challenge, especially when you have kids who are really into healthy eating. I wouldn’t say this place is a perfect fit for that, but at least they offer fruit. The staff was very friendly. On the day we visited, they had shrimp po'boys, which might not have been the best choice for the kids because the fried shrimp were a bit indulgent, but I personally enjoyed them. I especially liked the sauce. The kids enjoyed their chili as well.

The food was commendable, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was exceptional, with a perfect score of 5, making my experience even better. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively, which I rated a 4. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, especially considering the reasonable price range. Highly recommended!
The restaurant is in dire need of renovations. The bathrooms are in poor condition, and the furnishings are quite worn. While the food is just average, it's a nice spot to escape the cold. Rating: Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 4.
It's greasy and pricey, but wow, those chicken tenders are just amazing!
