Ihop - Tewksbury

Staff weren't friendly, Jasmine wasn't helpful at all after one of our kids knocked a cup of water by accident she fell to offer help with the cleaning instead she went to stand next to the register with the other employees. We were 12 at our table one employee was helping us the whole time; as soon as 4 teenagers came in two employees were ready and helping them, was it because we weren't white?

Food here is excellent!!! The service on the other hand is less than desired at times. Our waitress spent more time chit chatting with the other waitresses than checking if we needed anything. Waiting long periods of time in between seating us and offering to get our drinks at least. I mean she did what was needed but was it worth a Great tip I don't think so. Not on this day anyway. Otherwise like I stated the food was excellent which is the only reason I still gave it 4 stars overall....

My first time going to an IHOP, such large portions and delicious fluffy pancakes! Extremely affordable prices as well.

Every staff member was so incredibly nice and the service was fast. Food was good for the price. I'm just so happy with the service we received this morning! Great team IHOP!

Service was amazing, food was ok. VERY kid friendly. Our server BRYAN was so incredibly accommodating, he was great at checking in, always on top of things (even on a crazy busy Saturday), and seemed to genuinely like his job.
