Bahama Buck's - Texas City

I agree with a lot of bad reviews for this location only. Extremely slow service and this time they don't have cream. It always seems to be some kind of missing item or issue. This location isn't even on Bahama Bucks website, this excludes it from online orders and to make it worse; it's drive through only...maybe that's why they don't accept gift cards?? Not to mention it look a little more run down than normal today

WOW! This Bahama Bucks is by far my favorite store now. Miss Hannah at the window went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my order. She even gave me my favorite color of umbrella for my smoothie. Highly recommend, this store does it right. <3

We got 4 snocones and a shake. It took FOREVER as usual. There was one car ahead of us and after them, we waited an additional 20 minutes. The guy gave us two snocones and asked if we had anything else and gave us the wrong sizes...he wasn't the same person who took our order cuz that guy went to sit down on a stool by the drive thru window and talk about life. So he kindly took over. End of story, they all melted and made a mess in the car and on the floor in the house. I also got blue bubblegum and it tastes nothing like it, more like a sugar free berry of some sort. So thanks for taking forever with your less than stellar snocones.????????????????????????

The refreshing shaved ice beverages made at this location NEVER disappoints. Not too sweet. NEVER bitter. NEVER watered down flavor elixirs. Just refreshing goodness that leaves you always yearning to return for the next fix. Customer service is always great, too! Love this place!!!

Although they were out of a flavor, they helped me pick a similar option. To the people complaining about wait times, you can only shave ice so fast. Friendly service, great prices and super tasty, we will be back!
