Bidra med feedbackWe ordered takeout last night for our family of eight, and it was a fantastic experience. When we arrived at the pickup window, the young lady serving us was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. It was clear that all the employees collaborated effectively because each bag of food was organized perfectly, making it easy for us to check that we received everything we ordered. They were busy, yet they managed to provide excellent service. I wish I could remember the name of the outstanding employee from last night, as she truly deserves recognition for her ability to work well as part of a team. It's not often you find such good teamwork in fast food restaurants.
I work night shifts, which means my food options are quite limited when I'm heading home. I've visited this restaurant twice after my shift, around 4 a.m., and each time, the staff was unavailable. I understand that employees need to take breaks, but I was informed by two different staff members that they close at 4:30. The first time I experienced this, I wasn’t particularly upset until I stopped by Shipleys on my way back home about ten minutes later, and I saw them serving customers in the drive-thru. Honestly, it wouldn’t have bothered me to wait for the employees to finish their break, but it’s frustrating to see multiple staff members around just to tell me that the restaurant was closed.
I went to pick up my order and had a really unpleasant experience with the staff at the window. The person there was extremely rude. When I asked how long it would take for my order to be ready, she just dismissed me and said they hadn't even started preparing it yet. I inquired if it would be ready in 5 or 10 minutes, and her response was filled with sarcasm. When I pressed her again, she finally said it would be ready in 5 minutes, but then added "or 10" as she closed the window. It made me wonder what happened to good customer service. She really needs to be retrained or replaced.
I ordered 6 tacos and I got that. A taco has eaten half. Make sure you eat here.
Whoever the two people were on shift tonight , they were so very kind and I appreciate that so much. It was a lady and a man and both of them spoke with respect, gave a smile the whole time and even loaded us up with the sauce! I appreciate so much for people that are working night shift especially to still carry that much respect and love. Night shift sucks for anyone at any job so it speaks volumes. I appreciate it so much. Those people deserve a raise! Thank you so much to those 2 people and I pray that they receive a blessing soon because they deserve it.Kid-friendliness: The man had on a tag that said something about stopping kid hunger or something and I just thought that was really nice. He chose to wear that pin and I think it was very considerate.
