Pizza Hut - Texas City

Pizza Hut went above and beyond for our ladies' Bible class. We had a wonderful day on the water slides, and they delivered pizza to us at around 11 o'clock. The service was excellent! It’s worth mentioning that they don’t even open until 11, but they made this special arrangement for us!

Sad review because pizza hut was always my favorite. but the last job was terrible. waits for my tour for 45 minutes in the load. every single pizza was wrong. like my meat lovers had blobs of tomato sauce on top and hardly any meat or cheese. all the food was thrown away, it was so bad. I came into the load and they apologised that they hired me by e-mail credit for my 64.00 that never happened. contact with the company and they never sent me a loan. sad I go somewhere else. I don't have 64.00 clock to throw away. that was a tasty bite with my family.

Four days later, my granddaughter decided to use the credit. When she called, they claimed there was no credit available. I called again, and they finally found it. She used her phone number to track the delivery, which was supposed to arrive about an hour and a half later. The tracking said the pizza had been delivered, but when I checked, it had been sitting on my car hood for 30 minutes. That's just ridiculous. First, they need to ensure that their delivery personnel do their jobs properly. Second, Pizza Hut should value their customers and treat them better than this. I've never had any issues at the Pizza Hut in Galveston. When my order wasn’t right there, the manager always made sure I was satisfied. So kudos to the Pizza Hut in Galveston for their excellent service—Texas City, take note! Thank you.

I visited this location about a week ago during Father's Day weekend. I called to report an issue with the app, but more importantly, I had a problem with my pizza—it was undercooked in the center. The manager claimed he personally made the pizza and insisted it had been cooked for the right amount of time. I pointed out that it felt like raw dough between my fingers, but he ended the call abruptly. Additionally, my root beer was never delivered, and I couldn't eat the pizza at all. I contacted customer service the same day, but I never received a response. I still have pictures of the pizza (though I don't know how to upload them here). I'm truly disappointed. Having worked for Pizza Hut, I remember that this is not how they typically handle situations.

Got credited a free meal when over an hour Anda half went by with no delivery. Upon collecting my credited meal they tried to break my order into two separate orders and not make good on what they credited and still gave me the wrong order!!! This place is a joke it needs help bad don't recommend for anyone to waste money on this place.
