Pizza Hut - Thanet

Ordered Peperoni deep pan . Peperoni was under cheese which made pizza more greasy than it used to be. I called back and been lied by India guy who picked up the phone. He said I've ordered from westwood cross. When I called restaurant there they said they don't do deliveries and confirmed that guy lied to me.

If you want to order your food through your phones like a takeaway with no table service for well overpriced food, this is the place for you. Also, dont accept cash. Just for a main and a kids pizza, it was coming out at £48, We still had to another two kids to order for and drinks. But we stopped and walked out to another restaurant. I thought after 3 years of refusing to go here after an appalling visit, it may have improved. I guess not. No wonder it was empty in the restaurant on New years Eve.

Member of staff with blue hair extremely rude no customer service skills whatsoever, made us feel extremely unwelcome, aswell as talking at such a loud volume so the whole restaurant could hear

Staff very rude telling us we are not allowed to share drinks. We had ordered enough because the kids don’t like fizzy drinks. Made us feel uncomfortable. We arrived around 8:00pm 27.08.2023. The staff member was wearing glasses blonde hair tall and very loud.

Excellent. First time ordered and I'm very satisfied. Really nice pepperoni large pan. You know what you pay for. Definitely recommend Broadstairs. Thanks
