I ate there this afternoon with a friend. Having been in the business for a very, very long time, I am quite demanding when I go out and everything is perfect at Les Sapins! Very nice hotel, we slept and ate very well there. A welcome at the top. The rooms are very good. I recommend Rooms: Very comfortable mattress. Very quiet room Food drinks: We enjoyed the breakfasts as well as the evening meal Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Good morning Superb meal! The decoration is very pretty. I love the dress code which involves changing outfits regularly, which is a change from white/black. We ate very well. A delight. The staff is very kind. Food drinks: The only problem would be to bring the rice before since it is in casserole dishes and stays warm. Otherwise as we had the Meat first it gets cold. The rice was flavored with ginger and the taste was excellent! I had a great kir at the grill!! Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value
