Yeti Cheese - The Blue Mountains

After taking the gondola up the mountain we stopped for a simply amazing soft taco for a snack! They were out of the chicken so we had 2 beef and 1 pork! All where mouth watering. And the view from the top was not bad too.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite after riding the Gondola up to the top of he mountain. This food truck was worth the cost of that ride up!!!!Awesome and creative sandwiches which will inspire my own creations now that I'm back in Ottawa!If you are looking for a lunch option while at Blue Mountain be sure to look for Yeti Cheese! ( Chef mentioned they move the location a bit during the ski season)

My husband and I were hiking/ climbing the mountain at Blue Mountain in Collingwood. After reaching the top we were pleasantly surprised to find the Yeti Cheese Food Truck. We ordered their classic cheese sandwich (which consisted of 2 types of cheese ) which came hot ( like a grilled cheese sandwich ) and was quite delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I noticed that they also serve other dishes like chicken fingers, fries and of course cold drinks and a variety of ice creams. We sat at an outside table protected from the sun by the umbrella on the table. This place was great for kids.

Recently, Yeti Cheese made a major change to their menu, getting rid of two thirds of their options and replacing them all with generic grilled cheese sandwiches. If you're looking for a good meal in the Blue Mountains, I would suggest heading to the village for something more substantial. I would recommend avoiding this food truck until they bring back their original menu.
