Sunview Cafe - The Colony

I had a wonderfully rustic breakfast at this restaurant, where the service was incredibly friendly. The staff truly impressed me with their honesty and professionalism. Before heading to the restroom, I left a $20 bill on the table. When I returned, the bill was still there, but the $20 was missing. I looked around but couldn’t find it anywhere. A young male staff member came over to help, and after searching, we discovered that it had fallen under the parking lot. He could have easily kept it after I left, but I really appreciated his honesty. The food was fantastic, too! I ordered a vegetarian dish and even though I initially asked for a regular egg, I added some A1 and Chula hot sauce, which elevated the meal to perfection. Just take a look at how beautifully it was cooked!

Finding country-style cooking in the heart of a city can be quite a challenge. The staff here were incredibly friendly, the ambiance felt intimate and unique, and the food was simply outstanding!

I visited the restaurant before 9:00 AM and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The portion sizes were just right, and the presentation was perfect—everything tasted fantastic. I liked the option to choose from a variety of sides, such as fruit instead of the usual potatoes. The coffee was good and continuously refilled, and there were several individual flavored creamers available on the table. My food arrived quickly, and the staff on duty were very friendly.

Sunview Cafe is my breakfast place if I wish a delicious traditional diner experience. The food has the delicious homemade taste and the restaurant is always perfectly clean! Every visit since my first, my table was visited by the sweet owner, Lumi. You can say that Lumi is proud of her restaurant.
