Outstanding service and excellent food! Low key atmosphere with good prices but the service really sells it

Some of the best food in Galveston hands down. The service was friendly and attentive and the drinks were mixed perfectly. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Galveston to visit.

Located in the Holiday Inn at Houston Hobby, it 's an easy place to grab a bite and drink. We bellied up to the bar with a greeting right away. The lady was very polite during our visit. Her attentiveness could have been better but I think she was the only one running the show that evening. The food seemed to take a while to come out as well. The bar has about 6 seats along with about a dozen tables in the dining area. My husband and I split the Chicken Quesadilla along with the Pesto Chicken Club Sandwich. Honestly I wasn 't expecting much from a hotel restaurant. We were plenty happy and full after our meal. The quesadilla was actually quite stuff full of chicken, grilled onions, peppers and cheese. This had a great flavor and hit the spot after a day of traveling. The Pesto Chicken Club turned out to be good as well. I couldn 't taste much of the pesto but it still had a nice flavor going down the hatch. The fries were ok but nothing special. If you happen to be 'Chillin at the Holiday Inn ', the Boulevard will take care of your hunger needs!
