Bidra med feedbackNew management but same great pizza! My family and I love this pizza place. We stopped going a few years ago because of the owner and have been missing it. We went recently and had a great time watching sports and eating pizza again.
Making excuses for a restaurant owner who was rude to a “customer” who canceled their reservation. if they can make excuses for this behavior, I’m sure they have no problem doing this to their “customers”.
I have been coming here for years and the last few visits they didn’t want to make any slices of pizza, when it’s on their menu. It’s strange in economic times like this, they don’t want to keep customers… Todays visit was at 6:30 on a Tuesday and not making slices.. Sad!!Response-Excuse me!!!! I was not offered anything other than NO we are making anymore. No other option was provided, I even asked what other option was available and nothing!!! It was 6:30pm, it wasn’t late! And don’t tell me I should be ashamed of myself you snob, who the hell do you think you are? You are a business and I have a right to rate accordingly! This response shows who you are, instead of apologizing you berate me! Up yours!!!
They lost a once loyal customer over 30$ and lack of customer service, disappointed. Go to pizzaros. Don't waste your time here.My family and I ordered a large veggie pizza, called 30 minutes ahead and upon pick up, we were given a MEDIUM pizza and charged full price.They said they made a mistake and expected us to wait 30 more minutes when I already have all my family waiting at home to eat before they have to leave for the airport.The owner was too busy to talk, said he'd call later to fix it. The manager was hiding in the bathroom not wanting to deal with the issue. They failed to give us a full refund only offered to refund the DIFFERENCE. I spoke with the owner after on the phone and I've never been so offended, disappointed, and shocked at lack of customer service to such loyal customers. No wonder fuzzys is doing so poorly, they have no respect for their customers, no decency, no customer service skills! I've never in my life experienced this, such a rude and inappropriate owner. Still waiting for the manager to get out of the bathroom and give me a call to help rectify the situation but I'm not holding my breath.Already ordered my pizza for my family from pizzaros, they're amazing, should've gone with the originally.We won't be coming back, do your self a favor and avoid so you never have to experience the disgrace we did today.
I have always wanted to eat at this restaurant for years. Today was my 1st day and my last. Customer service was good no complaints there. How ever my pizza was burnt on the top and bottom, and my friends came out the same! The crust did not have a good flavor, and consistency.
