I went there almost every weekday morning during the school year since it?s close to my job. They have LITERALLY NEVER messed up my drink. They read the labels and make it so perfect! Also, the machines must always be calibrated correctly and they aren?t broken because the espresso is always fresh and robust. Thank you Jessie, Eric and Chris for always making my day start off right!
Usually everything's fine but this time they clearly added whipped cream to my no whip frappucino, then clearly blended it or something to make fix it lol. Oh yeah and didn't add whipped cream to my second drink instead and forgot sugar for both drinks.
I ordered one sanwich and a pike hot coffee. The person who took my order did not ask what size I wanted how much cream I wanted to add onto my coffee. she made it a large hot coffee and put a lot of cream which made it not a coffee any more. When I picked up my coffee, I was suprised its not a small one. No wonder why the price I was charge was higher than normal. I told her that she should had asked me what size I wanted, but I still took the coffee without asking for anything else such as a refund or give me the size I wanted because I did not need to consume that much of a large coffee. I went to a table, sat down and opened the lid, it was too much cream, and I started feeling unhappy. This person has to be trained again the basics about taking orders. I agree that they were busy, but this is not the way they are supposed to work/ run the business. The coffee in the picture is the new one I got because I couldnt drink too much cream. However, it still had a lot of cream, the person still did not ask how much cream I wanted.
I could tell they were busy and maybe overwhelmed this morning, but customer service was still on point (I think her name was Gabby? So nice and sweet! and they always get my orders correct. You might have to be patient because this location is always slammed, but that's not the employees fault and I have zero complaints as a whole.
