Bidra med feedbackFirst time I order a latte with just 1/2 shot of espresso that I was told that it cannot be done that way. However, I have ordered it way for the last 10 years. Bradley assured me that they cannot personalized the coffee without even asking any other team member. 3/23/24 From what I could see there were 5 staff members working. However, the waiting time was longer and had to ask twice for my order.

I've been to so many Starbucks around Houston but this one is super slow! 30+ mins wait is unacceptable.! I'll not be coming back to this store.
On the website it says they are closed at 9:30 I show up at 9:15 and the staff told me they are already closed, when I said the website says at 9:30, staff responded we changed our on the 4th but the websites been updated about a week ago meaning 7 days. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to assist us even while having the drive thru signed on, this is the second time this happens . Is this how Starbucks treats their customers ??
This Starbucks focuses more on how fast they can beat their drive-thru line then providing good and SAFE service. I was given my cup and it was not fully closed shut that when I proceed to bring it inside the car, cup burst open and the hot drink got all over my seat, middle dashboard, clothes and my hand (burnt). Pictures of the aftermath are attached. Check yalls cups before fully grabbing them, since Starbucks clearly doesn’t.
