Great staff. Great drinks. Great food (esp Gulf Coast Shrimp on toast. yum! . Food can be a bit slow coming out but not overly bad.

Amazing Brisket Benedict but Melissa M made our visit even better! She was very attentive and engaging.....a top notch server!

I do not recommend dining at this establishment but if you do make sure to track your purchase- On December 10, they billed me as a single diner a 25% service fee. Management never returned my call regarding this charge and wasunavailable in the evenings for some reason. When their F&B director eventually reached out to me through email he only sent me a copy of the closed check and not a copy of the signed receipt- very concerning behaviors especially considering this a director for operations at the property. The general manager for the property supposedly credited my card for the disputed amount but I never saw the credit. This is causing me a tremendous hassle as I used a retail credit card which is very difficult to deal with regarding disputes.

Marzia provided me the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. She takes the utmost pride in her job goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If I’m being completely honest, she is single handedly carrying the reviews for this Hyatt hotel as a whole. She provided a 5 star experience I will come back just for her. Whatever she gets paid, it should be at-least triple! She is a first ballot hall of famer when it comes to customer service. I give her 10 STARS!

She was nice and very friendly. Looking forward to coming back.
