Normally okay food. Today apple slices are chunks. Steak and salmon are cooked to jerky. What a disappointment

This is wild. It smells burnt. How are y’all comfortable sending food out like this?? I reordered my meal and had to pay for that. Smh.

We regularly order food for the office Zoe's is one of our top choices for small or large groups. The food is always fresh and so delicious. My favorites are any of the soups chicken kabobs. We get a variety of the kabobs sides for the office which is always a hit. They are so helpful accommodating. Quick service and a very nice surprise when we get extras like cookies the last couple of times : Recently had a 3rd party delivery issue but they redid the order delivered it right away. I appreciated this so much!Thank you Craig, Sam your staff for such excellent food and great service!!! Anna E

I placed an order thru the telephone and was greeted by someone named Jennifer . As I ordered she assisted me by giving me feedback and let me know what would be coming with my order. Seeing how it was a large order knowing that certain items were available to be customized due to my families dietary needs was extremely helpful. Never once did she become rude or sound as if I was asking to many questions. After placing my order I felt confident that everything would be made just the way I wanted as she took her time to repeat back the order even with all it 's modifications and still be polite. When I arrived to their pick-up parking I telephoned and was told that my order was coming out shortly. About 2-3 minutes later I was able to meet Jennifer in person and she again confirmed everything on my order with a smile. I wish more people would be as polite and respectful as she was. Thank you for putting me in a good mood Jennifer you fully made my day and my family a regular customer of Zoe 's Kitchen. ?

Upon entering I was greeted with someone with saying Welcome to Zoe 's and I felt like I actually was unlike their competitors who just want to know your order and be done with you. When ordering I was attended to by Jennifer who apparently was the one who issued the greeting. She took her time to explain my order and offered her insight on what she enjoyed off the menu. Furthermore she repeated back my order to make sure she had it down correctly. When my meal was ready instead of hollering out a number again she and her fellow teammates brought it to me and made sure it was correct. Wow, thank you for going the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be back with my family for dinner. Thank you Jennifer you and your fellow coworkers made my day. ??
