It's a concerning sign when restaurant owners respond to negative reviews with lengthy explanations, offering excuses and blaming the guests for their bad experience. Having worked in the service industry, I understand that not everyone will enjoy your offerings. However, reputable restaurants view feedback as an opportunity for improvement. Customer reviews are generally honest, especially when they come from various groups of diners. I was involved in planning my sister's bachelorette weekend, and while this place was chosen, it was disappointing to witness a lack of hospitality, effort, quality, and accountability. Our group is quite understanding, with many having experience in the service industry. If the restaurant had acknowledged their shortcomings and taken responsibility, it would have made the experience a bit less disheartening. I would strongly recommend considering other dining options.
