Starbucks Culverhouse Cross

This restaurant is terrible. The coffee is tasteless, they don't have proper cups for dining in, only paper takeaway cups, and they charge £3.50 per drink. Nero's down the road has much better coffee at a cheaper price, and they provide proper cups as well. I suggest skipping this place.

Terrible service. Slow. Served people that came in after us. All because of a problem with ticket machine that affected our order only… and no one else’s!

Loud R&B or could be playing from speaker from behind counter. So loud the counter staff almost put through the wrong order. Ordered just before 8pm. They served my coffee in a takeaway cup without asking or explaining. Not happy. Rather be enjoying my coffe than writing this.

Closed early again! Always closes hours before advertised times. Lost count of the times we’ve walked up for a drink and it’s closed. Update your website please.

I placed a mobile order at this restaurant and was asked to park my car by the woman serving, who mentioned she was the only staff member on duty. I waited for 20 minutes while other customers walked in and out of the restaurant. When I finally went inside, I found my drinks sitting on the counter and was told by the woman that she was too busy to bring them out to me.
