Hyatt Centric The Woodlands

Stayed at Hyatt Centric for a concert and birthday celebration. Our suite was not quite ready, so the staff moved us to another floor and also moved all of our friends to the same floor. When we decided to stay an extra day, they accommodated that as well. Overall amazing experience. Best place to stay for concerts at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

The hotel was within walking distance of the pavilion and many place to eat… The front desk was always eager to help in any way possible! I know where I’ll be staying next time I’m in the Woodlands.. !

Great place for a short stay cation. Great location in The Woodlands near shops, the mall, and so many great restaurants and bars. So close to the little riverwalk in walking distance for exercise. We loved our stay, and the entire staff was amazing.Rooms: 5/5

This property is gorgeous with beautiful rooms and amenities. The service is stellar and staff everywhere very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the concert venue and in The Mark with all the shops and restaurants walking distance.

We decided to stay here after confirming they could accommodate both a baby and dogs for a last minute reservation. Upon our arrival, the excellent customer service began with valet and continued through to the front desk. The staff working the night shift on July 10th were so great in quickly getting our family unloaded, checked in and settled with our luggage/room requests being delivered shortly after.We were looking for a spacious suite and the the gentleman at the front desk recommended his favorite room layout and we were not disappointed! After staying at many luxury hotels across the world, this particular room exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and the layout was so fun and spacious to comfortably fit our family. The oversized bathroom with the needed amenities, separate bedroom and patio facing market street were a few of our highlights. We also appreciated the organic BeKind toiletries and empty fridge to store our baby’s meals.Since we arrived late, having the A/C already on and room cooled, was also very much appreciated!For a last minute need, we are so happy we stumbled upon this gem of a hotel! We look forward to returning- The Tangs
