I ordered through the app today and got a sandwich and a chicken tender meal. I’m really annoyed right now; I just got off work and just wanted some lunch and almost the whole order I can’t eat. They forgot my sandwich, they gave me spicy chicken when I ask for mild, and the soda I got was flat with no carbonation at all. I just got off of my own food service job, and I did not do that to customers. I don’t know what their exact situation is, but this really sucks. I reported the issues through the app and they gave me free points to use, but I will definitely not be redeeming them at this location again. I’m sure my lost business doesn’t matter to them, this is more of just a warning for other customers.
