I'm a huge fan of Chinese food and although the service is really basic it could be better with a smile their food is the best that I have had in Theodore and its surrounding. The China Chef restaurant is amazing in the fact that they have no frill attitude and make hot food fast, and delicious! Even though the young lady didn't want to go out with me, that's cool. I had sweet and sour chicken because it was like her. Sweet yet sour.
