Bidra med feedbackWe tried dining here at 6:00 yesterday only to be told they were closing in 10 minutes. Can you believe it? If you, like us, prefer to eat closer to dinner time, do yourself a favor and head a few blocks over to Sinton Tavern. This restaurant offers a wonderful food experience with excellent hospitality.
Linda was fantastic! We are grateful for her hospitality after the unpleasant encounter at the Inn led us to Tims for dinner. She was incredibly polite, the burgers were delicious, and she was a lovely person.
After driving back from a vacation in Michigan, we found ourselves in need of a late lunch. With limited dining options directly on the highway, we decided to detour to Thessalon. Due to construction on the street by Sunset Beach, we settled on a restaurant as our best choice. The interior was cozy, with a few tables already occupied and some still needing to be cleared. Despite there only being two of us, we opted for a larger table near the entrance. As we enjoyed our drinks, more groups arrived, including locals who were warmly greeted by the waitress and ordered the usual dishes. By the time we left, every table was filled. The restaurant had a charming local vibe and a good variety on the menu. My husband ordered a hamburger with homemade french fries, while I chose a chicken burger. The baking was particularly well-regarded, with a lady coming in specifically for butter tarts that were saved for her (unfortunately, only chocolate cakes were left by the time we arrived). The prices were fair and the staff was friendly.
The staff is very friendly and professional. Food is always great. Usually always eat when in the area.
Normal meals and sandwiches with fresh cut fries. Club house is my favorite with real turkey. Breakfast good value. Closes early, because demand drops quickly. 7 pm normal 8 pm summer
