The best place in town for Bhutanese food! We have been coming here for 7 years.

All time favourite place for beef momo. Couple of years back I could go and dine there almost everyday for beef momo and never get sick of it. Been away from home for 4 years been craving it. Finally got to taste it again. Surprising the taste remained the same and if anything service is getting even better and faster. I ordered one plate beef momo (dumplings) which came with a soup. You need to add your own salt and seasoning. I like mine with lots of chilli and salt, taste heavenly. Beef momo was extremely hot in temperature and juicy inside

We were asking local people to suggest the best place to experience Bhutanese cuisine. Zombala was the Top choice restaurant of local Thimphu peoples . Reasonable prices and tasty food. Met expectations.

I visited it twice after recommended many times by my friends. First I had fried rice and for momo and french fries during the second visit. The fried rice would have been better if it was less oilly. The sreamed momo was fragile. If you cannot tolerate msg, be careful with ezay and soup. They really have so much. However, inside settings and environment are nice. Prices are also reasonable.

We had some excellent Momo's, chowmein and chilli fries. I can really recommend steamed beef Momo's!
