Ambrosia Atelier - Thiruvananthapuram

I’ve eaten food at numerous large restaurants and it’s no exaggeration to say this was the best fine dining experience I have ever had. I was told that Atelier considers every dish a work of art, and it showed. Every dish I had not only looked great, but was delicious too. <br/ <br/ I came here in a large party and we shared everything we ordered, so I got to try a few dishes. Some of the highlights were the Kuravankonam Jn Sardines, the do-it-yourself chicken tacos with paneer, the Butterfly Pea tea (which includes an awesome demonstration of siphoning), the lamb and parotta shaobing, the White chocolate panna cotta, and the Flavors of Banoffee. <br/ <br/ I highly, HIGHLY recommend coming here for an amazing meal. I’d give it 10/5 stars, if I could.

Would you like a nice culinary experience in your budget in the city of Trivandrum? I will recommend Ambrosia-Atelier. There are two menus. But both have a limited number of courts. Last time I visited this place, I ordered a chicken burger, a hamburger, chicken nuggets and cold coffee. Both burgers were nice. Cold coffee was good and yet delicious. Chicken nuggets were a little juicy, that was a variety for me. The interiors and the ambience are so calming. The parking is available, but only a maximum of 4 cars can fit. You're lucky if you have one.

Tried Chicken Fillet Burger Warm Wing Very disappointed by the quality of Burger they serve a very normal roasted chicken burger with average quality bungalow that I can get from any normal cafe for half the price! Hot Wings was worth the price. Overall a very good enemy experience.

A beautiful place to spend some time. There were old school friends. Service and quality of food is top notch.
