The hotel and restaurant staff is one of the worst I saw in Trivandrum, the staff I spoke was drunk and the smell of alcohol was very obvious when he spoke to my family about being with me. When I complained to the manager, the manager supported the staff and started accusing me instead, I tried to reach the MD, but none of the staff was willing to share the contact. It is not at all a place to visit with your family, the staff is rude, aggressive, no hospitality, restless and careless including the managers, I wanted the police for this dispute that the entire staff made with me, but do not do as it would have been a trouble for my family. I hope the MD sees this review and improves the quality of this place to make it a comfortable place for a family, otherwise it felt like a local bar that holds all kinds of cruelties and decent behavior from everyone.
