Grand stay, worst room service, worst amenities. water leaking bathroom, ac not worked, dirty floor and dirty bed, they did not even wash the bed sheets, no drinking water provided, no soaps or towels were provided. even if they complained about all this, they are very arrogant and blamed me for the worst service they provided.
