Dunkin' - Thomaston

This is the only dunkin I've ever been to where the drinks are the same everyday. Never have to add sugar to hot coffee. Never have to stir it because it's in a pile at bottom of the cup. The people here are extremely rude to other coworkers and talk very poorly about customers. It’s really disappointing and disgusting. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Very very busy location but they usually get my coffee order right! Please turn on/accept on-the-go Mobile Orders again!! Nowadays, I skip going because the line to order is so long for both inside drive-thru when I could have ordered on my phone and saved so much time. If you're going, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for just 1 drink, especially on the weekend. Food: 4

I ordered a med hot coffee, went to put it in cup holder and cover came off exploding hot coffee all over my car and purse and new items for my great granddaughter. Asked for napkins and was ever so rudely told I must have squeezed the cup and too bad! Believe me I did not, cover obviously was not on tight. Grrrrrr
