Bidra med feedbackI visited the drive-thru around 9:30 PM on Sunday, September 4th. I waited for a few minutes without being greeted, and the staff inside the restaurant just stared at me as I entered and exited the parking lot. I plan to call the manager tomorrow to discuss this issue because it’s unacceptable. I simply wanted a sandwich, but the employees were too indifferent to acknowledge a customer.
I went through the drive-thru at 4:02 PM on Sunday. The person taking my order barely said anything, just told me to order when I was ready. It was clear he didn't want to be there, let alone deal with customers. When I got to the window and asked for Arby's sauce, the reaction was as if I had committed a serious offense just by being there. After pulling up to unwrap my straw, I grabbed a curly fry and discovered it was really cold—not just lukewarm, but outright cold. I didn't go back inside because I knew I would have made a scene.
I apologize, but I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I visited twice today. The first time, the drive-thru line was nearly out of the parking lot! I tried to go in, but the door was locked. I really don't understand what was going on. When I returned at 10:20, the hours indicated they were open until 11. I saw someone placing an order as I pulled up, so I thought I’d give it another try. Once I got to the menu, I waited a few minutes, but nobody acknowledged me. Suddenly, someone turned off all the lights. They could have at least said they were closing or something! It’s becoming increasingly difficult to receive good service these days.
It's 11:22 am decided eat lunch at Arby's went in and the lady looked at us several times and then asked how we got in the restaurant and we said well the door is unlocked... several ppl working and she tells us she thinks the dining area isclosed????????!!! So instead of taking our order since we was already standing at the counter she walks around trying to figureout if the dine in was opened!!! Um ok ..so we left no need for us to stand around while they figure it out!!
The gentleman who leads the load makes a great job. good service and the cleanest almost food spot I had in recent times in memory. four stars because the shaking machine was broken and I was hoping for a chocolateshake.
